Let Go Of What You Cling To.Ⅲ

Hello, I'm Kazu who translates Mr. Sato's words into English.

Today, I'll write the further story about my experience of letting go of my attachment to my daughter.
(This continued story is about my daughter who refused to go to school when she was in the 1st grade.)

In the next morning, my daughter was still in her bed with a gloomy face and said that she was feeling sick. However, it was the moment when I suddenly realized the meaning of what Mr. Sato had said to me!

What he told me on the previous day was that my daughter was just all right and she was not my child but a child of God. (The word "God" here doesn't mean any religious god, but the perfect nature inside of her.)

I could suddenly feel that she was all right. My worries and anxiety have gone at the same time!

To my surprise, I looked to her and found she was smiling in her bed with pink cheeks. I was really astonished to see the change occurring!! From that day, she started to go to school again as if nothing had happened.

Now I'll illustrate what happened to me and my daughter. Mr. Sato says that you have to let go of attachment to your child (both mentally and physically), if you want to be successful in raising your child. He also says that it is the parents who undermine child's growth in many cases.

Because parents' strong desires for their child such as "go to a good school""find a good job""Don't lose"etc...result from not true love but parents' egoistic love. Those parents unconsciously believe that children are their precious possessions deep down inside.

They raise their children with their value as if they enjoy growing Bonsai by cultivating and shaping a small tree in a pot. Children would lose the power of natural development.

Mr. Sato also says that each one of us has a huge potential to grow and a unique personality by nature. What parents should do is to maximize it to the fullest.

In my case I realized the cause of her refusal of going to school was my mind that was full of worries and anxiety. Those worries were attributed to my strong wishes and desires for her. Now I look back and think that I really attached myself to my daughter.

Mr. Sato's words awaked me. When I found my deep true love as well as her own force which are more valuable, I could let go of all the attachment to her. As a result, the problem resolved itself.

It was one of my unforgettable events where I knew how much what we have in our mind impacts on our reality.

Let Go Of What You Cling To Ⅱ

Hello. I'm Kazu who translates Mr. Sato's words into English.

On my previous blog, I introduced Mr. Sato's approaches to let go of what you cling to. Today, I'll write about my own experience of letting go of my attachment to my daughter.

When I look back on my past, my mother used to be a very loving person, but at the same time she was overprotective, because she was worried too much about me and my sister. I had a disciplined upbringing.

I think I inherited her predisposition, and I had also been worried about my children  all the time without knowing. Those worries varied from their relations with friends, score at school, to their far-distant future.

That means that I had a strong desire or wish for my children with my ideals that I was obsessed with.
When my daughter was in the 1st grade, an unforgettable event happened to me.

My daughter suddenly refused to go to school without any reasons. It was just before summer and it lasted for several months.

I asked her the reason why she couldn't go to school every day, but all she answered was that she didn't want to leave my side.

She actually seemed to be sick every morning. I had no idea what to do..  Then, I was fortunate enough to have a chance to ask advise from Mr. Sato. However, what he said to me was just stunning!!

Mr. Sato said, "Mrs. Tani, she is all right on her own, because she is not your child, but is a child of God." (The word "God" here doesn't mean any religious god, but the perfect consciousness or true nature inside of her)

I was shocked by his words!  And I said to myself, "Yes, she is my daughter whom I gave birth to!"
I remember that I was totally at a loss what to do on my way back.
                                           (to be continued...)

Let Go Of What You Cling To.

Hello. I'm Kazu who translates Mr. Sato's words into English.

Today's theme is how to let go of what you cling to. Mr. Sato says that all the suffering has roots in what your mind attaches to. In other words, things or people, or even some kind of thoughts that you strongly hold in your mind create your suffering.

What would your life be if you can release all your hold? You'll surely free yourself from all your worries or anxiety.

Life of letting go, instead of life of accumulating,  is also the trend of public now. The prevalent view of society is now different from what it used to be under the "bubble economy". More people are now interested in  simple ways of living.

I think many people still remember that the spirit of "Dan-Sha-Ri" has once become a fad in Japan. It means to clear your clutter and let loose of all the material junk tying you down.

There is a book entitled Life of Letting Go authored by Mr. Sato. It represents his own life itself. In this book, he explains how to let go of what you have an obsession with in detail.

He introduces two approaches to release what you strongly hold in your mind.

One is to do it by writing out those things or people on a piece of paper, while asserting "I've let go of ~~" Then, actually throw the paper away or  put it through a shredder.

If you do this process over and over again, it can work to some extent. But the second one is more simple and easier, and still can produce a real result.

It is to find something else that is more valuable to you. Assuming that you strongly hold a $100 bill in your hand, because the money is all you have for the month.

In this case, it is difficult for you to release your hold. However, if someone gives you a bundle of bills, you will instantly release your hand which had held the bill.

You can easily let go of what you cling to when you find something that is more valuable and important to you.

Furthermore, once you let go of your addiction, strong desire, or obsession, you can also let go of your fictitious self.

Mr. Sato says that this is the right way to live your life with your true self, and this is the principle of Life of Letting Go.

Tomorrow, I'll delve into it by looking back my own experience of letting go of what I obsessed with.

Shinga-True Self Counseling Ⅱ

Hello, I'm Kazu who translates Mr. Sato's words into English.

In the seminar of Shinga-True Self Counseling, I could get a glimpse of consummate skill of counseling.

One of the most significant features in this method is that a person who had a trouble with a gloomy face becomes not only cheerful, but also becomes more energetic than anyone else.

For example, a sales person who had been too depressed to work could become a top salesman in his company!

This time, a new version of counseling technique was also introduced, and it was more effective and powerful so that it reduced counseling time.

When the person finds his own answer from within and the counselor repeats it for what it is, both of the parties come to life. This technique is far beyond human thought or strategy!

There is one anecdote. A female counselor who works in a famous hospital happened to learn this Shinga-True Self counseling method. She was so astonished by this groundbreaking method that she couldn't use the one that she had learned anymore.

Then, she started to use this Shinga True Self method in covert when counseling in the same hospital. She became very much popular and now she is fully booked.

I wondered what would happen if I can really acquire the skill and apply it to help each individual every day. Isn't it exciting!? I was really inspired to a new goal!!

Shinga-True Self Counseling

Hello, I’m Kazu who translates Mr. Sato’s words into English.
Today I joined a seminar of “Shinga-True Self Counseling” offered by Mr. Sato. I’ll brief you on what I’ve seen in the seminar.

It was STUNNING!! In just 5 minutes or so, people with gloomy face became vigorous with this counseling!

This groundbreaking method is the essence of what Mr. Sato is doing in his mental health clinic, when meeting clients as a business consultant, or offering a speech for school students.

You can never find such an effective and marvelous method anywhere in the world but here. What Mr. Sato is doing is something that is quite opposite of general counseling methods.

In the commonly-adopted methods, counselors give advise to their clients who have troubles. In this case, those people who have problems need help, because they are not capable enough to cope with them.

This implies that those people are insufficient or imperfect, that’s why they need something more.

However, what Mr. Sato says is that all the people are perfect, complete, and sufficient by nature. They have problems as well as an answer within. Therfore, they don’t need to be filled by others.

All the Shinga(True Self) counselors have to do is just to talk to the person as he is perfect, and then he can automatically realize the fact that he is originally complete. As a result, people can find their own best solution. This really works!!

Mr. Sato likened this mechanism to the moon. When you look at the sickle moon, you may think the shape of the moon is horned. But the real shape is round.

If you really recognize and say that it is round, you will gradually see the true shape of the moon that is round.

You shouldn’t focus on the problem, because it will become bigger if you do so. If you only focus on the perfection, imperfect things will disappear.

Furthermore, not only the person who had problems becomes vigorous, but also the counselor can also lighten up, because the true nature of both of them resonates.

Many people got surprisingly good results even in practical training today.

Life-Changing Exercises

Hello, I'm Kazu who translates Mr. Sato's words into English.

On my previous blog, I mentioned "ultimate solution" invented by Mr. Sato. Today, I'll tell you how Mr. Sato actually enables people to discover their true nature, their most wonderful self that exists deep inside.

There are more than 1000 exercises including 2 two-day main courses to discover Universal Consciousness, through which you can attain enlightenment.

Most of the exercises that he has devised can be done by anyone even by grade students, because all those exercises are so simple and easy. However, they have produced tremendous results.

You may wonder what kind of exercises they are...

I'll introduce what we did in a small study meeting the other day. Many people joined after their work.

In one exercise, we first wrote our own personality as well as our tendency,  such as always having financial problem, not so good health condition, or marriage problem.. we also wrote that of our spouse.

The next step is to write about our parents and grand-parents regarding their tendencies, so that we trace our descent and see what kind of propensities we have in our family tree.

At this point, we could already see objectively our family tendencies and what we have inherited.  We  could also find many correlations that is called Karma in Buddhism.

In some cases, you can find the reason why you often take the same reaction to some situations.

While finding many new things, you may feel down or get disappointed if they are negatives features that you have inherited from your ancestors. And you may feel like blaming them in vain.

But in the next step what we did in the exercise was that we turned those negative inherent characteristics into a big fortune!!

It was not like trying to see them in a positive manner, but we could actually recognize that there is no good or bad, but what we had received is all miraculously wonderful treasure for all of us.

It happened in 10 or 20 minutes!

You can find that all your personality, tendency, or propensity including negatives ones are absolutely imperative.

To my surprise, I could come up with numerous ideas that I had never imagined while I was writing, and I could recognize the truth. At the same time I naturally felt deep gratitude for my parents as well as ancestors, because they gave me such a huge gift.

This is one of the reasons why depressed patients can recover through Mr, Sato's exercises after finding the truth.

I have experienced many of the exercises that Mr. Sato developed, and I surely experienced bodily sensation of true love and appreciation. That's amazing!! I believe that it is the greatest invention of the century!

Tomorrow, I'll write about what I actually realized through the exercise.

"Perfection Exercise" ~God's Mailbox~

Today I was going to write my own experience continued from yesterday,  but I'll introduce one exercise out of more than 1000 that were developed by Yasuyuki Sato.

The title is "Perfection Exercise" ~God's Mailbox"

This exercise is simple but very powerful and effective!! Your worries or anxiety can turn out a great treasure. In this exercise, you once accept everything as it is perfect, because it is the absolute truth of the universe. And then, think about the reasons, why it was good for you.

The truth is that there is nothing but love in the universe, and it is you who judge the event or the person whether it is good or bad based on your own value or your likes and dislikes.

Even when you face some tragedy, it is you who decide it is tragedy. If you see it from different perspective, you will see the same thing quite differently.

Everything that happens to you has some meanings and teaches you an important lesson. But the difference between "the positive thinking" and "perfection exercise" is whether you can actually feel that the thing was good and you try to think that it was good.

The word "perfect"doesn't mean what we humans think is perfect. It is universal perfection.

Today, Mr. Sato offered a seminar in Shinjyuku, Tokyo, and I also offered a small workshop in English in Shinjyuku. In both workshops we did this "perfection exercise". Four people including a French lady, an Italian man, and two Japanese joined my workshop.

It was so wonderful! Regardless of nationality, culture, or race I was again convinced that all the people have the same mind or the true nature in common. All of the participants were surprised to realize something that they hadn't been able to do before.

It takes only 10 minutes or so and all you need is a pen and paper. You can actually shift your consciousness!! It is really amazing!

About Yasuyuki Sato

Hello, I'm Kazu who translates words of Yasuyuki Sato into English. Mr. Sato has developed various kinds of methods to enable people to awaken to their true self (their god nature inside). On this blog I write about the true self discovery and about Mr. Sato, as well as experiences of people who actually discovered it from my own view.

Mr. Sato meets so many people every day, because he offers workshops or seminars that enable people to awaken to their true nature,  Life, or the universal consciousness. A lot of people come to him to ask his help. However, what he always does is not to give his advise to those people, but just to let them realize their True Self, sometimes in the workshops, sometimes in counseling sessions.

When you hear the words Awakening or Enlightenment, you might think of sages or great spiritual masters including Buddha or Jesus and you might think that it needs a lot of ascetic practices or discipline and yet it only happens to someone special.

However, the reason why so many people come to see Mr.Sato is that it is possible to awaken to their True-Self, their true nature, or the universal consciousness. Isn't it amazing?!! No matter what problems they face, all the problem can be solved just by realizing their deep conscious, the God nature inside. (It's nothing to do with any religion.)

Mr. Sato says that it is the ultimate goal of life for all the people, but at the same time it is the beginning of a new life.

People Can Never Oppose The Absolute Truth.

People usually have their own value or beliefs about what is right and what is wrong. Almost all the conflicts and problems result from a discrepancy of such people's value and beliefs.

We see many religious conflicts in the world, that come from the sense of right or wrong. However people can't argue over the truth of the universe. The earth rotates on its axis that is cited as the Copernican theory as opposed to the geocentric theory. No one oppose the fact that they were born from their parents or they are human beings. People can never be opposed to each other over the absolute truth. If you live your life along with the truth of universe, you will face no conflicts or  no disharmony.

No matter what situations you are in now, no matter what ideas you may have, the fact is that you live a happy existence in the truth of universe.

Everything Originated From One Source, One Life.

There are billions of stars in the Galaxy. There are also billions of groups of stars like the Galaxy in the macrocosm. We are living on the planet earth which is in the infinite universe.

Everything belongs to the universe, and even we, human beings are the universe itself. There is nothing but the universe and everything is created by just one same energy, or one life.

The energy of the universe is god itself that is the eternal life and the life of wholeness. The eternal life is the Being of the universe that has no future or past. A life of wholeness is an eternal life.

It is easy to understand that everything originated from one life when you think the life as water. As the earth is often cited as aqua planet, you can find water all over. Not only in the river or sea, you can also find water in the body of animals and plants. 70%of our body is made of water. There is much water even in the woods. The sun evaporates water, and the water turns its form into vapor. Then a mass of vapor becomes cloud in the sky. When the cloud becomes thick, it starts to rain. The rain water goes into the ground and it merges into river and lake. Animals and plants absorb the water from there. Rivers go into the ocean, and again the water becomes vapor. This circulation has been kept for billions of years.

The life of god is light itself. When the light goes through a prism, it is separated into various colors. What we see is just one color originated from one light. This means our true nature is god itself, the universe itself. Everything is one. What matters is just to experience the fact by yourself.

What Is The Truth?

When you live your everyday life, you usually believe that what you see or perceive through your five senses is the truth of everything, but it isn't true. You can never ever grasp the true nature through your senses.

For example, when you see a person, you might have some impression about the person, but it doesn't mean that you could grasp his true nature. What you felt or imagined about the person through your eyes is not the same as the truth of the person.

If you see your physical body through a microscope, you will have a totally different view. Seeing it with a magnification of 1000x or 10000x will also become dissimilar. If you believe that what you see is correct, everything is to be correct, but at the same time everything may not be correct when there is only one thing that is the truth which never changes.

The truth of everything is the absolute law of universe that is far from human's perspective.

What we see through our eyes is just a partial view, and we can't perceive the essence of everything through our physical eyes.

Depending on the person who sees a matter, it will become a different thing, because all the people have different senses. If there are ten people who see you, all those people will have different recognition about you. It means that there will be ten kinds of You. It's impossible for us to penetrate to the essence of everything with human's senses.
